For Patients

Appointments

All appointments, including chemotherapy and injection visits, are scheduled in advance. To make an appointment, please call our office directly Monday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call the office as soon as possible to reschedule. If you have an urgent medical problem and want to request a same day appointment, please call our office as soon as you can.

Our physicians and staff make every effort to see that your appointment takes place at the scheduled time. However, given the nature of an oncology practice, it is not unusual for delays to occur during the course of the day. We recognize that your time and that of your family is valuable. If your appointment is inordinately delayed, we will give you the opportunity to reschedule, if medically appropriate.
