Dr. Inhorn Bikes Across America

As a member of the “Roll Over Cancer Cycling Team”, on September 4th, 2011, Dr. Lowell Inhorn will begin a journey from San Francisco, California, to Roanoke, Virginia, on bicycle.
Dr. Inhorn is cycling across America in an effort to raise money for cancer research. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to “Stand Up To Cancer” in a collaborative effort to defeat the disease.
The Roll Over Cancer Cycling Team includes:
Rob Leonard (cross country)
Lowell Inhorn (cross country)
Maynard Keller (cross country)
Randy Beauchamp
Tim Bussey
Dr. Inhorn is married and the father of two exceptional young adults. He practices as a Medical Oncologist and Hematologist at Blue Ridge Cancer Care and has been serving cancer patients throughout Southwest Virginia for almost 23 years. His father is a long term cancer survivor.
Dr. Inhorn states “I’m determined to see this journey through as I firmly believe in the importance of our mission, that is, to demonstrate that cancer CAN be beaten and that cancer patients and their doctors stand united with the common goal of defeating these diseases for present and future generations.”
