Blue Ridge Cancer Care hosts Bake Sale to benefit Relay for Life

On May 9^th, Blue Ridge Cancer Care hosted a Bake Sale to benefit Relay for Life of the Roanoke Valley. 

The event, which was held in the second floor waiting area of the Jefferson Street clinic, featured home made goodies baked by BRCC staff and physicians, handcrafted jewelry items, and BRCC’s “Recipes for Victory” cookbooks.   The staff raised approximately $420 dollars that will be donated to the Roanoke Valley Relay for Life event that is being held June 14^th at Reserve Ave field. 

Staff members will continue selling ‘Hope in a Bottle’ necklaces and will be selling Lap Lanyards at the Relay for Life event.
