Dr. Daniel Temeles, originally from Pennsylvania, graduated from Yale University and is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Virginia and completed his fellowship in hematology/oncology at the University of Virginia in 1991.  He is board certified in hematology and oncology.

Dr. Temeles has had numerous publications, the most recent being; Temeles DS, McGrath HE, Crittenden R, Kister K, Shadduck RK, Kittler E, and Quesenberry PJ; Induction of Growth Factor Production in populations of murine stromal cells.

Dr. Temeles and his wife, Emilie, currently reside in Bedford, Virginia and they have two grown daughters. Dr. Temeles enjoys farming, riding and raising horses.
